PAZAM PORI  KERALA TASTE YUMMY SNACK FROM KERALA

Pazham pori Is one of the tasty snack which is famous in Kerala ,The Gods own Country. All Malayalees in Kerala like it very much.The other name of Pazham pori is Ethakka Appam. Its an easy making snack which we can used in evening Tea time. Its takes only 20 minutes to prepare pazam pori .Peoples use maidha for the making of pazam pori .

INGREDIENTS :

1, Ripe plantain -> 4 nos

2, Maidha -> 1 cup

3, Sugar -> 3 spoon

4, Water -> 1 cup

4, Salt -> 1 small tea spoon

5, Oil -> (for fry)

6, Rice flour

PREPRATION  :

1, crossly cut the plantain in a fixed length

2, In a small bowl, take all the items , maidha , Rice flour, Salt, Sugar . Put 1 cup of water and blend it slowly and make this ingredients like a pulp

3, Put the slightly cut plantain in to the pulp and coated the plantain, After that heat the oil in a pan

4, Put the coated plantain in to the heated coconut oil, slice it and turns both side of plantain until it becomes golden color,,,, Then serve it with a cup of Tea or coffee, Its one of the most tasty snack in Kerala .
